Information on COVID-19 for CUPE members in B.C.

Information for CUPE members about COVID-19 and their workplaces

CUPE BC is here to support our Locals, and we are working hard with CUPE National's Regional Office to ensure CUPE members are able to access the information they need. As you know, information on this subject is changing rapidly so we strongly recommend everyone visit frequently for updates from provincial health officials.

CUPE BC, along with CUPE National staff, are also actively engaged with provincial government officials to mitigate the impact of this virus on CUPE workplaces.

On a personal note, on behalf of our entire provincial Executive Board, I want to thank each and every CUPE member for everything you do for our communities. While we don't know where this is going to go, please know that your union has your back. We're all in this together, and we'll get through it together.

Please contact your Local Union for information specific to your workplace, and see the following links/resources for general information.

In solidarity, Paul Faoro

If the sector you work in doesn’t yet have a link below, please know that we’re working on it! We encourage you to contact your Local for more information, and please check back here regularly.
