VICTORIA – After a prolonged bargaining process, CUPE 4163 reached a tentative agreement on behalf of workers in Components 1 and 2 at the University of Victoria. The agreement was reached late on Friday.
Details of the tentative agreement will not be released publicly until CUPE 4163 members have reviewed the agreement and held a ratification vote, expected to be completed by the end of March.
